Progess test I for SSP-supported students

The progess tests I for the students supported by SSP will be conducted in Pathein GTU from 9 am to 11 am on SAT [2011-03-19] and SUN[2011-03-20]. All the tests will be supervised by Daw Su Thet Mon Than of ME Department and other two lecturers of IT Department.

The progress of the students will be tested by letting them answer the question papers in fundamentals of majoring subjects, and English proficiency.

For English paper, the first essay title is chosen by the respective donor for his/her student. Student must write the first essay without a choice. The second five essays are prepared by the SSP group. Students have to write only two out of five essays. So, each student has to write 3 essays in total. Word limit of 500-600, if you need clarification, means approximately two to three pages in handwriting.

Answers will be scanned and emailed to SSP group by Daw Suu Thet Mon Than. SSP and SSP-related personnel will mark the answer sheets and issue the students' progress: satisfactory, good, very good and well done.

Continuation of scholarship will be considered only if students get at least a satisfactory level.
