Short announcement


Applications are now open for flood victim students from Pakokku, Sinbyugyun and Seit Phyu towns

We would like to offer our donations for those students who are flood victims in Pakokku, Sinbyugyun and Seit Phyu towns. The students can directly apply for the scholarship by emailing to admin@seitmeeain.net. For application requirements, please see

One application is now open. Applicants who meet the following criteria can apply for SSP scholarship now.

(i) Applicant must be an orphan and currently residing in Burma/Myanmar.
(ii) Applicant must be currently conducting undergraduate engineering course in GTUs or a fresh matriculation graduate who will be joining undergraduate engineering degree in one of GTUS.
(iii) Applicant who is doing computing courses may also apply. However, priority will be given to engineering student in case there is more than one applicaiton.

Only an amount of 3,500 MYK (= 58 SGD = 48 USD)
is required to support a university level engineering student in Myanmar. If you are interested in supporting one, please contact us.

If you do not want to support student by student basis, you can still contribute whatever amount of donation to us.

Completion of Scholarship for Kyaw Khaing Win (Mechanical)

Dear All,
Pls be informed that Scholarship for Kyaw Khaing Win (Mechanical, Technoligical University, Kyaukse) has completed by this October 2009. We have been supporting him for his education, accomodation and for all educational expenses including AutoCAD Training Fee and Travelling Allowance etc, since May 2007 to October 2009. He finished his BE Final Exam on last 18 Sep 2009 and he is now on Research Training and Projects in Technological University, Kyaukse. Research Training and Projects are to be finished by end of this month and the outcome of BE Final Exam is expected in Dec 2009.
We could rise a total fund of 1,668,750 Ks for supporting the student and all this amount has already been used up for his education. And the average monthly supporting amount was 55,625 Ks/month. Pls refer to the attached files for details of fund history and cooperators.
